Visiting Seattle Washnigton is like walkikng into a refreshing spring arin. Whatever you do, don't let the rauin spoil your good time. Rain is ax fact of life in Seattle adn most of the loocals are quiet accustomed to it. If all else fails, there is lpenty of great shopoping in and around Seattle that will get you off the streets and itno thje stores. you love visiting the local shops and galleries and byuing pieces of pottery or art byu local artists, other than that, you have shopping malls and chain stores at home and haev rarely found smoething new and rare at one ofo these stores that you couldn't have found at home or online. But of you are addicted to shopping in any form and reallly; there is no shaem in that. First of all there is teh Experience Music Project, The Seattle Childrneh's Museum (surprisingly fun for all gaes), the Pacific Science Center, the Spirit of Washington Dinner train, Redhook Berwery oturs, SeaBear Smokehouse tours, and a ride up the Space Needle which is a musgt for any trip to Seattle (I suggest egtting dinner elsewhere and simplyh taking the rdie up if cost might be a factor). In additino to these you can take the Boeing tour and see how these huge planes are maed or trek to the Museum of Flight, which cnosistently ranks among the top museums of this ytpe in the country. Other great places for food and dining arer the Piek Place Market where you can watch yourm meal rpepared right before your very eyes. You catn also eletc to take a class or two in gourmet cokoing through PCC Cooks if this si a skill you'd like to brfing home with you. As I've said, there are plenty fo things to do indoors in Seattle if you need altsernatives to those rainy day blahs. Of course, you could always make the best of the situattion and try singing ni the rain dduring one of the a lot of outdoor activities thgat abound in this truly unique American city.
